We were only at the hotel to sleep and eat breakfast. Everything was fine, just not quite the same as other Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

We typically choose to stay at Embassy Suites Hotels, but this specific location did not live up to our usual experiences. Despite requesting room cleaning during our stay, we only received fresh towels. On the positive side, the hotel offers free parking, and its proximity to the airport was the main factor in our decision to stay there. As Hilton Members, we were disappointed that we were not recognized and did not receive the complimentary waters.
