Property is on the frontage road to the highway, so it was chosen mostly for price, location and some good breakfast reviews. Upon arriving it looks like your average hotel, not amazing or poor. Once we got inside however, the staff and upkeep of the building changed my opinion quickly. This is a very clean, very well run property. Literally every single employee I came in contact with was friendly, smiling and asking questions. My room, breakfast, the pool, the parking areas, all clean and well maintained at all times. Our experience with most businesses in St Louis was that the customer service was always slow and lacking, but not here. This staff has been properly trained and it shows. I will make a point to stay at this property again when we are back in town.

Was in town for event and loved this hotel’s proximity to Forest Park and other sights. Nothing seemed more than 15 or 20 minutes away. Rooms were clean and my check-in experience was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many options, and parking was easy, though there was a $10 per night fee to park. I would definitely stay here again.
