Everyone from the front staff, to the cleaners and security. Everyone had great hospitality. Hotel was clean, the hot breakfast was great! Thank you Home 2 Suites for your generosity!
The hotel was great and was in walking distance from everything. When you put the address in goal maps it is a bit confusing because of the road closure due to construction.
The entrance is shared with the Tru.
There was plenty of security and perfect for a solo stay
There was hair and someone’s eye lashes in the bed when I got there so the bed sheets aren’t being changed. There was also old food inside of the refrigerator. Homeless people roaming all around the hotel. Very bad and not safe location. Horrible hotel
Super nice room. Friendly, accommodating service. My only complaint was that there was no hair dryer. I’m sure if I’d asked, the staff would’ve brought me one.
Hotel was completely understaff and was completely unorganized. It was short house keeping staff. Had to wait for room to be ready after check in time. Stayed 3 nights and room wasn’t serviced and had to call the front desk more than once just get towel service.
Friendly staff, very helpful. Nice area to walk around. Many people around on the streets that were also super friendly.

Lack of Care. Unfriendly Arrival.
I’ve stayed at this location several times through the years. Some experiences have been better than others. This most recent one was only okay. The staff member to greet me was not very friendly. This location will charge a $50 check in fee any time before 4pm even when rooms are ready and available, even if you are a Hilton honor member. The room had hairs everywhere and the towels had hairs intertwined in them. The carpets were dirty. Just a lack of care on this trip.
