I know properties get old, but when you have paying guests , your priority should be to kept maintain, and we got there was urine around the toilet. The floors needed vacuum, and the bathroom needed to be swept when the man came to do those things he didn’t touch the toilet and he said the cord on the vacuum was broke

The photos of this hotel were stock and misleading as well as the 4 star rating. The hotel was filthy and run down. Bed spreads and surfaces were visibly soiled. We had no choice but to stay as anything near was booked due to concert. We slept on top of the bed/sheets and didn’t feel comfortable enough to even shower. The water was barely warm and with low pressure. I recommend condemning. Also we had to pay a ridiculous incidental of $300 per room which the whole hotel isn’t worth that.

The location of the property is ideal in proportion to access to the airport. However the amount of money they ask for the down payment regarding incidentals (150.00) at the time frame in which they finally release your money back to you inconceivable.
