While the staff were kind, this property was disgustingly dirty. Literal clumps of dirt and dust hanging from the ceiling fan, bathroom doors didn’t lock, burns in the carpet, gouges in the walls, carpet peeling up from the edges, no hand soap (literally anywhere on the property - the office said they had been out for 3 days), broken toilet seats, toilets continually running, and the place smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking.

When I walked into the property, the young lady was lent over-the-counter. Can I help you with an attitude then she said I don’t know how you were able to even book we overbooked.
