Accommodating Hotel!

We were given a room at first that had plumbing issues, they had no problem relocating us to a new room reimbursing all charges! Never had a hotel be so accommodating! Also, a late check out because of our flight time! Would definitely stay here again when in St. Louis! :)

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They provided a coupon for a free drink and snacks at a "happy hour" where people could get together, which I thought was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is 3 minutes from the airport with shuttle every 20 minutes, couldn't be more convenient.
