Generous, Respectful, and Understanding Staff

There was an issue with the AC in my room and I dealt with it the first night but when I mentioned it to the front desk the following day they had chexked it out and moved me into another closeby room within 30 minutes. Issues happen but they wasted no time to fix it and even comp's my room. NO complaints here!

Pear Tree Inn was a pleasant stay—clean, welcoming, and offering free breakfast and parking. It’s conveniently located near the Arch, Union Station, and other downtown venues. While the rooms were a bit dated in appearance, they were well-maintained and clean.

Good overall but rooms not ready on time

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 5:30 PM and rooms were not ready. Multiple people waiting for rooms and had to wait in line 30 min to find that out. Staff was friendly and had drink cards to use while waiting which was nice.

The location is excellent, the service was good, and the room was spacious and appeared clean. However, I was bitten multiple times by bedbugs during the night, which significantly disrupted my sleep.
