Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful, however, he only activated our keys for one night, and we were booked for a two night stay. We arrived back to the hotel room the second evening to find our room door was not latched. No one was in the room, and nothing was missing, we thought it was weird as we had the do not disturb sign on the door. The next morning our room keys were not working. Come to find out since the keys were only assigned for one night, that told housekeeping to come check on it the next day. When they opened the room and saw our belongings, they left and didn’t clean it, but also did not latch the door shut. The lady at the front desk said it was their error, and that we indeed had paid for two nights. That I was a little odd, but again nothing was missing so it wasn’t a big deal. The room was clean. The amenities were nice and the breakfast had a good variety. Hotel is close to the highway but noise was not an issue. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
