Everything was wonderful. It is such a beautiful hotel in a great location and we loved it! The food and drinks at the Grand Hall Bar were also excellent. The staff were all wonderful. The gorgeous architectural details in the main hall and many other areas of the hotel are just amazing and we hope to come back again soon!

The hotel proprty is huge and could benefit from better signage in various entryways and halls. Very disappointed in the lack of bartenders and wait staff in the Grand Ballroom after the IL vs MIZZOU Basketball game. From previous years management should know that there will be a large volume of fans that use the Ballroom as an after game drink space. Having three servers wait on over 300 people is ridiculous and an insult. Wait times for a drink were at least 30 minutes. Entirely disrespectful to fans and clients of the hotel.

The hotel itself was just beautiful and grand! Beautifully decorated for the holidays and the amenities and attractions surrounding Union station were perfect for our family of 4! Our room was spacious and clean and we loved our stay!

Room was not spotless. Bathroom and beds were covered in long black hairs. Not a fan of small garbage cans with no bags. Large garbage cans are a mile away if you want to empty them. Completely blocking off the big hall when guests are trying to get to and from their cars with 2 small children was a huge inconvenience as well.
