Everything was great about this property. Having stayed in many Vrbo's, this property easily rates in the top 1%. The Rooms were comfortable and Bathrooms clean. The spice rack was well equipped and the air fryer was a nice touch. While there was a great coffee bar, I am a Keurig guy and that would be a nice addition. I highly recommend this property and will be booking with them again.
This is the best location and vacation house in St Louis! Hosts are delightful and have maintained this beautiful historical home. Definitely will return when in St. Louis
We couldn't lower the ac below 68 and even with the fans on high, it was HOT!! Master bed is extremely squeeky but bathroom was great! Upstairs occupants and dog were up from midnight to 3am and made it known...it sounded like they were playing fetch in the middle of the night. Neighborhood was great. We wouldn't stay here again but it wasn't completely terrible. Overall, it was an ok stay.
The neighborhood and building were safe and beautiful and within walking and driving distance to nearby restaurants and attractions. The home itself was very clean and beautiful, as well as modern. There were plenty of towels for all of us! We brought two dogs and were happy that there was a fenced area for them when they needed outside. Communication was easy and quick when I needed information. My only constructive feedback is that the master bed was very creaky when sitting on it, so the screws may need tightened. If we're ever in St. Louis again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here a second time ck.
We had a very good experience staying here. Location is perfect with plenty of street parking. The house has everything you need for cooking. A 10/10 experience.
The location is fabulous. The house is great, clean, and stocked very well. The beds were comfy and having a play pen and high chair was very helpful. Nice area in the back yard. Parking was great. Bathtub was awesome. There was confusion regarding checkout but that was cleared up. I asked about early check in and was not given an answer backâŠ.not a huge deal for us. A couple of complaints for our group: the amount of light in the bedrooms were frustrating. There were thin blinds and if you like to wake up early, you will love it. If you need it darker to sleep in, bring a mask or you are out of luck. The front bedroom was hotter than the house and the ceiling fan made a noisy. Last issue was the window on the front door is clear glass and anyone can see in. We didnât care for that for safety reasons.
Loved this property so much! Very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect - easy walk to restaurants. Donât miss the basilica around the corner. It was awe inspiring.
Overall very good. Fruit flies invaded the kitchen upon our arrival. There was something sticky on a lazy Susan on the island. We killed lotsâŠ. Didnât want to spray as we had an infant w us.
That was the only negative.
And wished the tv had local networks
House and location are great, management and smart tv is not smart
Walking into the home it is beautiful! Everything you could possibly need is there and available to use. The outdoor area is also very nice. Beds were comfortable and the showers and tub were fantastic. However upon trying to leave the house we were unable to lock the door. Upon calling the rental company which btw is not at all local, you couldnât get through to anyone even if you selected the option for an emergency happening right now. St. Louis is not place where you can feel comfortable leaving a home unlocked. After trying to connect with someone and troubleshooting on our own for half an hour we finally got a live person. However they were of no help. I had to send a video of the problem. We are now 1 hour late in our tight plans for the day. She rental comp u asked if I could contact the property owner. I was floored as the rental company is the only contact listed. Why donât THEY contact the property owner. Finally after two hours we were told of a lockbox outside with a physical key. Our morning was ruined.
Finally their Smart TV is the dumbest smart tv on the planet. There is no Hulu or Max apps available so no way to watch live NCAA basketball tournament. No local channels available either. When we finally got into. Netflix (the tv takes on average 5 seconds to a full minute - we counted - after pressing a button in order to do anything. It randomly freezes and shuts off. These issues were enough of a hassle that we would not recommend
<15 minute drive to most touristy things you'd want to do in STL. Near lots of restaurants in a trendy part of town. Safe feeling area. Windows don't have dark shades so bring a sleep mask. One of the bedrooms has a bright street light right outside the window. There is an upstairs unit with a dog, with white noise it wasn't a problem.
Fantastic location. Central to everything. Easy walk to so many great restaurants and shops. Clean and nicely laid out. Lots of space. Quiet and everything seemed safe in the neighborhood.
