This was our fourth Caribbean trip with our group of friends, and while we’re always impressed with the places we choose, this home truly exceeded our expectations. We used four of the five bedrooms, and each felt equally comfortable and well-appointed in both size and layout. We kept the upstairs master suite as a shared space for yoga, sunrise coffee, sunset views, and stargazing — it became one of our favorite gathering spots.The pool was absolutely perfect, with sun from early morning through sunset. There were even pool floats waiting for us, making it easy to relax and unwind in the afternoons. We loved our place so much that we would start the day early exploring, hiking nearby, or visiting local beaches, then come back to enjoy the pool for the rest of the afternoon.There were so many inviting areas to relax and connect, and we enjoyed every one of them. The stairs down to the ocean were stunning, and the sound of the waves crashing created the most peaceful, serene backdrop. Two of us even used that space for yin yoga, which turned into the ultimate relaxation experience.We even canceled dinner reservations twice just to stay in and order pizza from a local bakery — we simply didn’t want to leave. Such a beautiful place. We are truly sad to go.

This is a fantastic villa. It is a beautiful setting facing west and we loved to watch the sunset every night. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware and we enjoyed making dinner and having BBQs. Although it is not on the beach, but rather on a rock face, you can jump off the deck into the water and enjoy fantastic snorkeling. It's a short swim to the beach and restaurants. We had a few minor issues but the management company was very responsive and resolved them. The only negatives were the lack of beach towels and the low quality of the bed linens and pillows.

This place delivered!! The pictures do not lie
it is gorgeous and very well equipped kitchen. Were able to cook most days and it had everything you could need. Quick and easy walk to attached resort/restaurant/beach. Had amazing experience with private chef service come mg in for two dinners with Housen’s chef service - zero complaints!! Would definitely rent again and sad to leave.

So perfect and so wonderful. Our family of 5 adults had a sensational summer vacation in this house.We travel a bunch and generally feel that the world is too big to go to the same place twice. Curacao and *this house* are among(st) the few destinations that we would happily return to.I'm not sure what better words I could ever write in a review.You know all the basics from the listing. The listing is accurate. Some of the photos may be older, since rather than one nespresso machine there is now another one. It didn't matter: Everything was excellent. The house is part of a large, isolated, guarded and gated community. It offers a nice mix of safety and seclusion.The four non-master bedrooms, each with a full bath, were equally nice. I've visited plenty of supposedly "luxury accommodations" that were not nearly as nice.If you cook, though you don't have to cook, this is a fun place to do it. No matter what, you absolutely need to rent a car. Grocery stores are nearly 30 minutes away. One restaurant within walking distance is amazingly good.You won't be able to go in and out of the water because its on a cliff.It took us a minute to adjust to open air island living. It was an adjustment for us NYC types ;)There are no screens, but rather slats. There's no air con in main areas and only one fan... but the whole back of the house opens up and you are part of the beautiful landscape and pool and the ocean is in full view. There is easily room for 10.

Great Family Vacation

Our family of 9 age 10-82 stayed ten days in Villa 9 at Coral Estates. The house is lovely and well equipped. The view can’t be beat and the outdoor space has so many seating options where everyone could have their own private space. We had a fun party in the palapa. The 5 en-suite rooms accommodated our family perfectly. The beds are comfortable. The house was spotless. The location is a bit isolated so we relied heavily on our rental van to get to beaches, grocery store and other sites. It’s a bit of a drive to Willemstad but easy to get to from the airport. Loved morning walks throughout the gated community. The only disappointment was the beach near the villa. It’s not an actual sandy beach as anticipated but one where you walk down stairs to enter the water. But the good news is there are many beautiful sandy beaches just a short drive from the villa. The pizza restaurant in the nearby resort was great for dinner and morning pastries.Host was very responsive answering my questions promptly prior to and after arrival.

Great place in great location

We stayed for a long weekend as 2 couples. We were looking for a place to relax when not beach hopping and snorkeling.Place was clean and spacious. It was exactly as shown in listing The restaurants at the resort were great.We will stay here again.Side note: common areas don’t have air conditions. Just bedrooms. But breeze in the evening made it enjoyable and not an issue

The house and grounds are wonderful. The house was clean and well laid out. Management was very responsive. We would stay again and it is a magical area. I will mention a few little items of concern, but nothing that should prevent anyone for coming and enjoying this beautiful residence, The communication in the listing needs to state that there are additional charges based on occupancy. The listing says a house for ten, however if you actually have ten people stay there are additional charges. We were five married couples in our late fifties and were charged an additional per person charge. We did consume more water showering, but nothing else and left the home in excellent condition. In addition, there is a BBQ that has no gas. We arrived and could not BBQ. A tank should be provided for each arriving guests or guests should be told to order a tank prior to arrival. There should also be notice given that there is nothing in the house. There were no coffee filters, laundry soap. spices or anything else in the house but garbage bags, dishwasher pods and some toilet paper. The supermarket is a half an hour away so I would purchase everything needed on the way to the house.

Amazing view!

The view from this property made our trip! It was nice and breezy outside and so relaxing. Saw many ships off in the distance. The house is very spacious. Perfect for a large group or multiple families. Lots of seating everywhere. Beautiful home!

Fantastic house and location

This house is stunning - great layout having 5 bedrooms each with own bathroom, and amazing living area opening up to the outdoor area with pool, overlooking the ocean. Also loved the covered cabana by the ocean complete with bar and large screen tv. The location is perfect - just a 3 minute walk to the main resort area with restaurants, beach, dive shop etc. Lots of great snorkeling - corals not great but the fish were amazing. We ate at all the on-site restaurants and they were fabulous. Also ate at Daniel which is about a 10 minute drive -- very nice. Willemstad is about a 30 minute drive from the resort. Also lots of beaches close to the resort, all with their own vibe. We loved the beach closest to the resort - Daaibooi Beach - not busy at all, pristine beach and ocean, beach chairs for rent, and cafe with bar. Perfect, and only about a 5 minute drive. Also loved Cas Abou beach. Big US-style supermarkets are about a 25 minute drive away, but there is a very nice more local one - New California Supermarket - which is only 10-15 minutes away, and had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this property.. Great for a family wanting space to spread out, and also for larger groups. Only down side is there is no ocean access right from the house -- there is a spiral staircase going down to a platform but that was closed off -- perhaps still under construction. Would be great to have that access to jump in the water, and then swim around to the main resort beach.

amazing property

Amazing ocean front property. The photos and description online did not do justice to this home. Quiet gated community with security. This home was everything we could have hoped for. Would recommend this home and this management team to anyone and are already making plans to come back!
