This is the first VRBO we used through a property management company. We came for a 3 week stay. We have previously rented VRBOs directly with individual owners. The checkin was a pain, but worked out. They were supposed to send us a link to an app that controlled the door but did not get it until sitting in driveway. I called who I thought was the owner but she was apparently just an employee. She told me she was not in office and for me to call the office. The office sent a link with no instructions about how it worked. Took a few minutes to download then figure out how it worked Once sorted it worked great. I texted the office with a few specific questions like “Where are the towels.” Did not receive any response. The VRBO listing clearly listed a dishwasher but there was none. The tv looked like it streamed and the screen showed channels but when we tried to open any they showed about 5 minutes of program, then exited to a-screen telling us to log in with our account. Luckily we brought our own Roku stick. Plugged in and used our accounts without having to leave any sign in info behind.
The kitchen was very well found: dishware, utensils, pots and pans and such. Dining area and bedrooms were nice for a temporary rental. The washer and dryer were a highlite - they appeared brand new and worked very well.
The bathroom was ridiculously small. Had to go in, then turn around to close the door. The toilet is jammed between the door and the sink base.
