This 6BR, 4.5 BA vacation paradise is conveniently located between the charming towns of St Michaels and Easton, Bayside The Point is just a stone's throw away from numerous shops, boutiques, and dining experiences to please the entire family.

The house is nestled among trees at the far end of a private road and provides a truly safe, peaceful and tranquil haven. With only birdsong and the gentle rustling of trees in the cool southerly breeze, you can be assured of a completely restful and private vacation.

Set on a point, the aptly named Solitude Creek wraps around this lovely house, affording you water views from every room. The master suite benefits from a private deck where you can begin your day with freshly brewed coffee and a soul-warming sunrise. A large south-facing deck with ample outside dining area will enable you to make the most of outside living on your well-earned break. Take a dip in the pool, catch crabs and fish off the dock, relax by the firepit or just enjoy a delicious BBQ.

This house is well-appointed, with a clean and modern feel. Glass doors line the whole back of the house, providing beautiful, uninterrupted views down Solitude Creek. The resident Ospreys are normally just a few feet offshore; these magnificent birds coupled with the shimmering waters will provide you with hours of viewing pleasure. Pool: 600 sq ft private swimming pool. Swimming pools are open from May 15 - October 15. Be sure to bring your own pool towels.
Grill: Propane grill. Propane is provided.
Hot Tub: 6 person hot tub is available for guest use.
Firepit: Wood provided.
Pet Policy: This is a pet friendly property.

House suited our needs. It is well appointed with everything you need. The communication with the management company was excellent, however, response to address a few issues were slow and only partially addressed. Ants were found crawling on the kitchen counter tops also. The rating fell short of five stars because of this.

Great location

Nice spot, family enjoyed the location. Guest house smelled musty and it did not go away. 3 people stayed in it and smelled the “mustiness” all the time. Main house was good and pool and fire pit was great. House had everything you might need…. Coffee makers (a drip and keurig styles), martini shaker, lots of glasses and silverware. Fridge was nice but ice maker could not keep up with us… bring a bag with you. Dryer would not dry clothes & towels. Communication with rental agency and owners broke down when hot water system died. They did not make us aware when repairs were happening…. This was disappointing but the repair was made in 24hrs….that was good. Ants were bad and we were surprised by the “mosquito sprayer/fogger’ that pulled in late one night. Oh …. Be careful with dumping hot water in sink (like from boiled corn-on-the-cob) as it sets off smoke alarms….. and they ring everywhere… even guest house. Needs another outdoor can for recycling and both need a lid as the black buzzards pick out stuff.

Excellent Crabbing

Very clean and well kept. The dining room could have been a little bigger but it worked out okay. Close to St. Michaels and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. The crabbing was great, our grandson caught almost 100 crabs in a week. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Great property and amazing location.

This property is a phenomenal place to spend time with family and enjoy beautiful St. Michael’s. The house is well stocked and convenient to town. We’d love to come back.
