nice interactions with staff - super helpful and professional. beautiful lobby and bar spaces. this is a classic place that history holds well. location to the Ordway, the library and the Landmark Center is ideal. There are some great restaurants and cafes and a wonderful bookstore all very close by. the rooms are comfortable and well appointed and well tended by a very kind staff. we stay here again and again for all of the warmth and the history.

We loved it. Great price and value for a one night stay in the heart of beautiful downtown St. Paul. Valet parking and great staff. The room was classy and bed was comfy. We didn’t eat at the in-house restaurant mostly because of the price but, there are great meal options within walking distance like Sawat De and Mickey’s Dining Car.
