Amenities were nice, room was good and staff were attentive. I did have to call housekeeping to make up the sofa bed and provide an appropriate number of towels. The air conditioning wasn't very cold and there was no complimentary water which I would have expected from this calibre of hotel.

Beautiful hotel! Room was absolutely perfect for our family. All inclusive food was excellent and The SABI beach club was a highlight. St Paul’s Bay however is full of souvenir shops, Casino, Bingo etc. but we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Malta is a great place to visit.

We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and it was fantastic. The room was really big, with lovely sea view from the balcony. The staff were beyond wonderful. So helpful, caring and made the trip with a 15 month old so easy. The only slight let down was the noise from a local beach bar which you could hear through the closed balcony doors each evening but it didn't stop us sleeping.

The hotel were very helpful in meeting our needs. The room was very comfortable and clean, housekeeping staff were very diligent. All hotel staff were smiling, professional, diligent and extremely helpful. Lovely sea view and the pools were kept very clean. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants to choose from if you are not all inclusive at the hotel. The buffet breakfast had an array of choices and set you up for the day. All the staff are friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

This is are second year coming to this hotel! We love it, hotel is in perfect location, very clean, staff very friendly and breakfast was very good. As a family of 6 we struggle to find a room big enough, but the hotel has the 2 bedroom room which overlooks St Paul’s bay. We spend most of our days down the new beach club called sabi. Which is free when u stay at hotel. Definitely coming back again

We have just returned from our trip to Malta. The hotel was fantastic. Public car park directly next to hotel. The hotel common areas, restaurants, pool and our room were very clean and spotless. There were always cleaners keeping the place in a great appearance. All the staff are polite and very hard working - we honestly couldn’t fault. We chose the daily breakfast option, not all inclusive - the breakfast was buffet style. Good selection of food but the quality of the food, particularly the English breakfast buffet, was not great (fried eggs were always uncooked with raw egg white, bacon was dry). The steak restaurant ( Carvv) and the Italian restaurant (Ombré) for dinner and lunch respectively were very good though - we tried them once only as we mostly ate out for lunch and dinner. Although it was also an all inclusive resort there were no fights for sunbeds by the pool first thing in the morning. We were able to find sunbeds for our family of four after our late breakfast (they have clear signs they would remove belongings on sunbeds that are unattended for more than one hour) so that was a relief. Plenty of pools for children and adults - one pool they do not allow any inflatables which is nice. Also an indoor pool. Pool depth no deeper than 1.3m in the deepest places so they were perfect for me as a non swimmer. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel for families. 2 bed family rooms are perfect. Service by all staff was second to none from the manager to the cleaners, all were amazing. Beautiful sunset views and delicious cocktails. A perfect family holiday.

I was really surprised that the hotel refused to serve me tap water, insisting I buy a plastic bottle instead. I was told the tap water is not drinkable and they didn't have a tap in the kitchen - is this really true?! I wonder how many plastic bottles are used in a year from this policy?
