The rooms are very dated as well as the common areas.. it looks like the hotel is going to begin a major renovation, and wondering if they will close down or renovate while guests are still there. However, housekeeping is quick with any requests made on the app and there’s lots of activities and things to do that are included.

I don’t know where to begin. The resort is run down, check in and check out was not smooth at all. You hear everything from your room both outside and next door, too much construction going on, no volleyball, no basketball which were advertised. I can keep going but I would never go back.

We had an amazing time at the resort. It was nice that our boys who are 18 and 15 could go do there own thing while my wife and me could enjoy the beach. They played bags and used their skim boards. Staff was really good as well.

We really enjoy Trade winds Island grand, it was our second time visiting! Everyone is super friendly and the location is very convenient! We have a large family with ages 11-24 and everyone had something to do!! We did have an issue in the room and housekeeping/engineering promptly came and fixed it!!

I could see and hear then ocean from my resort view room. Bed was also comfortable. Hammocks and chairs lined the gorgeous beach. Elevator and exterior was dated… hence the not 5 star rating. Would absolutely stay again.
