We had an excellent stay at Crescent Beach Club. Super easy check-in process. The condo was exactly as described in the listing - clean, comfortable and well equipped - and the views from the balcony couldn't be beat! When we had a question the Casago team was quick to reply and very professional.We really enjoyed the quiet location. The condo is within walking distance of some good stores and restaurants and just a short drive away from downtown Clearwater on the Jolly Trolley! The parking garage was a little tight, but manageable. There was always a spot available for our rental car. We REALLY appreciated the fact that there were shopping carts provided to carry grocery bags and luggage up to our unit from the parking garage - VERY useful! We thought that was a nice touch.Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing week in Clearwater and if we have the opportunity to visit again we will definitely stay here if the unit is available.

Condo was amazing but the view was out of this world. Waking up to see the gulf was great. The pool and hot tub were great and was pretty much like having a personal pool and hot tib because nobody was even utilizing it while we stayed. The condo had everything needed which made it feel like home. Would definitely stay again.

Florida Paradise

Property location is Fabulous. One bridge away from loud, hoppin Clearwater. And yet the condo sits in Sandkey calm and quite. Had issue with dryer,Vacasa had it repaired in a timely manner.Would book again.

Enjoyable Vacation

We chose the property from online information for its location and for good reviews. The location and views are certainly exceptional and the process of checking in and out was smooth and easy. The property would need some updating to make it exceptional and also it was not prepared for us to our satisfaction. On the other hand, everything in the unit was in working condition and the management did remedy the problems very expeditiously. All in all we did have an enjoyable vacation.

Two part review

The condo was lovely but working with the property manager was disappointing. When we arrived, the code for the door worked but the door was stuck and it was hard to open so we took a picture of the cracked door frame and sent it to property manager and they said someone would check on it but they never did come and then two of our fobs did not work but once again we reported it and no one came to fix them. I told them to have the door frame looked at before the next guest arrives but I am not sure that will happen. We were able to get in and out with our keys but the cracks in the frame need to be looked at before they get more destroyed.

Amazing view

Great stay, amazing view of the ocean. Unit was clean and comfortable. However there were confusing instructions on turning off and on water and power, I am not a maintenance person and paid a lot of money to stay there, that should not be my responsibility. I will not be staying there again. To much responsibility for being on vacation.

We had a wonderful experience at this property! The rooms were very nice and clean. The location is awesome and easy access to parking and very safe, secure. We would definitely stay here again. What a great place to end the summer!

This is an amazing location for families and for anyone concerned about COVID. We felt very safe, everything was very clean, and very isolated as far as takimg the elevators, etc. We were extremely happy and grateful! Cannot beat this view

Very nice condo. Great location and beach less crowded than Clearwater Beach where we’ve stayed often, esp this holiday weekend. Love the balcony safety for our grandson... no open railings. Pool great temperature. Needing a key to get into AND out of pool all the time a hassle and even residents of the property complained about the new locks!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo which was perfect for us. The pool and beach are beautiful. The condo was clean with all the conveniences that made it feel like home. We would definitely visit the condo and area again.

Perfectly Relaxing

We are in the midst of virtual schooling and all the stress that goes along with it. We wanted to spend a week somewhere where we could relax, unwind and enjoy the outdoors; all the while continuing with school for the kids. This condo and location was perfect! We had a good wifi connection the entire time, space to spread out and have virtual classes. The pool and ocean are just steps away for easy outdoor fun. It also was not overly croweded, which was amazing! We went down to Clearwater Pier 60 a few times (easy 10 min drive) and were happy to leave and come back to the peacefulness of the condo and beach here. We did bike rides every morning and walks/played in sand at sunset everynight!
