Excellent property in key location! Stayed here when we came to see Metallica in Tampa this past June. We loved our stay at Chart House Marina Hotel. It just opened a few weeks prior to our arrival and the staff was extremely accommodating. Not all the amenities were open due to just opening and not everything was fully functioning. That. Being said it did not detract from the prime location and extremely helpful staff. One suggestion that I would add is to add hooks in the bathroom for towels/robes etc. Besides that we were very pleased with our stay. The long size bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was nice to have a “dorm size” fridge on the room to accommodate our leftovers and waters from the adjacent Walgreens. The hotel’s location made for an easy walk to claim beach chairs each morning with a quick stop at Dunkin all within walking distance. Seeing the dolphins from our balcony every day was a bonus. . Central location, lots of restaurants and rooftop bars all within walking distance. Can’t wait to reserve a room again next time we’re in the area. Don’t hesitate to reserve a room here, were extremely glad we did!

This place wasn’t ready to be opened in my opinion. There’s no Foodservices, no beverages, no vending machines, lacking many amenities. There isn’t even a place to get a morning coffee! I had to leave the premises for both days to get a coffee & go across the street! There are coffee machines in the room but no cream/milk. Not good.

This hotel needs a lot of work. There’s nothing on the premises, no food, drinks not even vending machines. When you arrive it looks like a corporate entrance. I had to drive by twice to find it. Pool is laughable. Room was clean, fridge empty. Staff was nice. If you looking for a place just to crash and go to beach, go there. I wouldn’t pay more than $150-$175 a night for this place.

I’ve read all the reviews prior to booking. Many were rated very high, even some to 10. I’m not a picky traveler but there is still a lot of construction going on within the hotel. However that noise pales in comparison to the exceedingly loud construction going on right next to the hotel. You couldn’t even sit around the pool area due to the heavy construction, debris and noise as they are building the new Clearwater marina right next to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and provided the very basics of a hotel room.

AMAZING!!! Everything was wonderful!! I would suggest a more permanent, visual sign and I’d also recommend hooks in the rooms. I enjoyed my stay. I’m looking forward to staying here again! Especially when the bar/restaurant opens!

This a completely new hotel, Jacqueline checked us in, greeted us with a big smile, very attentive and friendly. PeRfect location across the street from Pier 60, rooms are very spacious and in room amenities are great, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, safe. The pool is a lovely and you have a nice breeze from the marina. Love, rhis is my go to hotel when visiting Clearwater.

The hotel is new so the bar and restaurant are not completed yet. The only option for a beverage was a vending machine. Once it opens, it will add considerably to the pool area. The rooms and balconies are beautiful. Pool area was nice but pool was a little dirty. It is right on the water with boats docked. There is work being done on the docking along the bay so the cranes were noisy all day. There is also a property being built right next door which caused some construction noise. I didn’t like having to wear a wristband for the pool though nobody was actually checking. Loved the lounge chairs in the pool. Check-in was quick and the parking garage is right across the street. You can unload your bags in their 1st level garage before moving the car. Close walk to Pier 60
