Summary:

Easy Living is a beachy newly renovated condo with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, nestled between the intercoastal water and the magnificent Clearwater beach! Located a very short walk to the beach (less than 2 blocks) and across the street from a park. The Clearwater Beach Rec Pool is another short two minute walk from the condo! The condominium is quiet area yet, it is within walking distance to practically everything in town, including the beach, many restaurants, bars, Pier 60, & the marina!



The Space:

The condo is located on the first floor and equipped with all your needs to make your stay as easy as possible, hence the name 'Easy Living"! The condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, huge 65 inch Roku TV in the living room and Roku TVs in both bedrooms (Spectrum Cable included on all TVs), all essential cookware, spices, toiletries, coffee bar with coffee, tea, sugar, to go cups and much more. The condo has two bedrooms, each have a queen size bed and one bedroom has an additional day bed that can be turned into a twin sized bed (perfect for kids). In addition, the condo is equipped with a pull out couch (with an upgraded mattress) and we also provide a pack and play! On the complex premises is a shared laundry room for only the complex guests to use (detergent is provided).



Our goal is to not only make your stay as enjoyable as possible but to also make it as easy as possible. Therefore, we fully stock the unit with all your beach necessities, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler. We also provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, a blender, pots, pans, spices, board games, books and much more.



We also try to be as eco friendly as possible so our paper goods consists of recycled paper or plastic when available, our local coffee provided is made from Organic coffee beans, our hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap are all made from simple ingredients. We also provided a homemade non toxic all purpose spray to help keep it chemical free.



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the whole condo, as well as an outside seating area, a shared laundry room (around back) and access to a private shed with beach essentials and room for extra storage or could be used if you need to drop off your luggage early.



The Neighborhood:

The condo complex is very quiet and located across the street from McKay Park. The park has a nice playground, perfect for kids, a large grass field, perfect for playing catch and a Bocce ball court. We provide a full set of Bocce balls! The Condo is less than two blocks from the beautiful sandy Clearwater Beach! It is also a short walk to heart of Clearwater Beach which includes many restaurants, bars, the marina, Pier 60 and lots of shops! The marina offers dinner cruises, pirate ship voyages, dolphin tours, boat or jetski rentals and much more!



Getting Around:

You can walk to nearly anywhere but if you need a ride to anywhere there is a service called Florida Free Rides that operates soley for tips and will take you anywhere on the beach. If you need to travel farther their is a Jolley Trolley that will take you all the way down to St Pete Beach for only a few dollars. If you are renting a car there is plenty of parking available on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:

We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.

Steps 2 beach! Beachy and Luxurious! Easy Living! offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
