I am really disappointed in the service Staffs are not so friendly There is almost no WiFi in the room too slow. It is same that no wifi. I asked to change room and said not possible. Staff at the hotel gave me the number that I need to call to the wifi company instead of hotel staff. I am thinking that am I staff in this hotel??? If you are booking check the room location

We didn’t even stay the night. Sketchy people loitering around the front entrance & in the lobby. Screaming children in room next to ours. This looked more like a low rent weekly motel than an Extended Stay.

Very dirty/unclean and filthy upon arrival. Floors were black from dirt and grime that had been there for months. Roaches infested everywhere. Air conditioning didn’t cool and the entire place smelled liked cigarettes and weed. The light fixtures had dust and dirt (along with pet hair) that had not been wiped in years. Pubic hair all over in the tub. Vagrants hanging around outside (feared for my safety). Manager entered my room without permission and traumatized my animals. He began to harass and bully me into paying a $250 “damages” fee because my dog had an accident on the floor. I was harassed for three days over them wanting to go in my rental for supposedly “repairs”. I have never in my life been treated so poorly, disrespected, and talked to worse than a dog in my life! That manager was out of control and has absolutely no customer service etiquette!! NO ONE should ever be spoken to so ugly, condescending, and downright rude!!! I will be making a public post on social media shortly.

The manager Ant was great. I was there and needed to do some laundry.. they sell it at the front desk but they were out… so Ant gave me a box of their commercial detergent. Hotel itself is well maintained, just a little older… Room was a little dusty, I dusted it myself. Most of the people staying there were long term guests, or hurricane victims. The hotel would clear out early bc most everyone was going to work. I liked the night front desk lady too — she was tall like me and had a very dry sense of humor, which I found hilarious. There’s a reason this place is always booked solid, and it has nothing to do with the room. It’s the people working there. Tons of food options nearby, convenient to Tampa & St. Pete & Clearwater Beach (pretty much equidistant to all 3 areas), and great staff. I’d stay here again.
