The lobby is very nice, staff was very friendly and parking was great and easy.
The low point was the room itself. Stained carpet, I found a previous guests partial fake eyelash in the bed under my pillow ((I do not wear fake eyelashes so this was not me and it was found before we spent our first night in the bed) (makes me question if they truly cleaned the sheets..), the wallpaper in the room was peeling in many places, the bathroom light was more of a strobe light and was faulty, the room door was very difficult to lock and you had to jiggle the actual doorknob while rotating the lock for it to eventually catch and lock properly. The walls were very thin, we could hear everyone on every side of us even at a normal volume. The AC in the room was so loud I jumped awake many times when it kicked on at night, and the bed itself was very uncomfortable and was hard on our neck and backs. There was just a thin foam mattress placed on top but it kept coming out of place and sliding around.
The price was fine, but I would not stay here again and Iâm very perplexed at how google says this is a 4 star hotel?
