Everything was great! Randy was extremely pleasant and empathetic to our travel experience with the traffic. Very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy. I reported that our mini fridge was not cooling, and it was never resolved. The fact that the televisions could not get live TV and had to be a streaming service was very unacceptable. The coffee shop was very good

This hotel is a perfect location to enjoy all the activities around the Pier. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within a couple blocks. Easy and safe walking around. Self parking an easy walk a block away. The staff was friendly and the room was great.
