The whole hotel was filthy. The carpet in the bedroom smelled dirty and disgusting. The furniture in the room looked like something picked up off the side of the road. Only one out of the three elevators was working our whole stay. There were beer cans and garbage in the bushes by the pool for days. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Would not recommend this place.

Location was good. Breakfast buffet was good.Two of the 3 elevators were not working. Lots of wasted time spent waiting in lines to use elevators. Rooms were clean but needed updating. There should be some compensation for time wasted due to elevator situation. Did not notice any maintenance crew working on the elevators. Witnessed several minor altercations among guests who were frustrated.

This Hilton was a great place for our stay, as we were seeing that performance at the Mahaffey theater. Walkable to the theater, restaurants, shopping and more. Good value. Clean and spacious rooms. Would stay again.

Clean and attractive property. Easy and quick check-in. Room is spacious and comfortable and has a mini fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom is clean. Surrounding area looks safe and walkable without much vehicular traffic. No noise issue. Bed is too soft for me but will be perfect for someone who likes a soft mattress. Valet parking only for $45/night. Street parking is available but who wants to feed quaters to the parking meter every 3 hours. Great breakfast buffet with lots of selections for $27. The grocery store Publix is one street over behind the hotel. Bank of America with ATM is next to Publix.

Great location, friendly staff. Price was appropriate considering the hotel needs to be upgraded/renovated. Biggest downside was the elevator taking close to 20 minute wait at times to get downstairs to lobby from our 6th floor room. Also the valet system needs imrovement, waited over 30 minutes for our car each time we needed it, in finally asked for my keys and went and got the car myself the last day and for $45 a day we should not be having that issue!

Hotel lobby was stunning ~ it’s a pity the rest of the hotel doesn’t live up to it. The room we had was very tired with damaged, scraped furniture. The carpet did not feel very nice underfoot and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. As we were only there for one night it was tolerable but wouldn’t really like to stay any longer.
