We are the happy owners of this beautifully appointed, completely remodeled, penthouse condo in the highly desirable Sea Oats Beach Resort. We live nearby and are available to take care of any unexpected needs you may have.

Sea Oats is in Redington Shores, perfectly situated between St. Pete Beach to the south and Clearwater Beach to the north. Redington Shores is known for its white sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, laid back atmosphere, and friendly people. So leave your worries and rushed lifestyle behind, and come relax with us!

This condo has everything you could ever want from a beach vacation in Florida.

This penthouse condo was amazing! The location was perfect, with close proximity to the beach and pool, and the balcony was the ideal spot to view the incredible sunsets. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to make a meal, and the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc.) was greatly appreciated. The condo was clean upon arrival, and is well-represented by the description and pictures provided. Victor was a great host, quickly responding to any communication. I can't recommend this place enough. You will absolutely love it!

We stayed here for a family beach trip. The condo was amazing and so well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views were beautiful and this condo was very spacious. Check in was super easy. The condo owners were also very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great unit in a nice location. We’ve previously stayed at Sea Oats and this condo is one of the nicer units we’ve stayed at. Check-in was easy and host was available when needed. Easy access to beach and pool area. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only complaint is the elevator takes forever LOL.

Amazing location!

Condo was clean and stocked with what we needed. The location is the star of the show. Amazing beach access and located amongst some great restaurants and shops near by. Easy access to the unit and a convenient elevator. If you are looking to stay in the area look no further. Victor was very prompt through the entire process. Nice property private beach

Stay was nice. Everything needed (except beach towels) was there. Clean condo. Could use updating on design/decor but still clean. Having to purchase insurance is annoying when you know you’re going to be going with a non rowdy bunch of moms and daughters. That was an unnecessary expense. Two days before we were to leave we got an email about leaving shortly (I didn’t think 2 more days of the rental warranted the notice to vacate in 2 days before 10am… and our contract stated by 10 am) . For the money paid it was good.

Perfect sunset

This is the perfect property for a quiet getaway. The beach isn’t private but definitely feels that way. The condo is fully stocked and vary spacious. You definitely get the feeling of being at home. Great parking as well. We will definitely return!

Sisters week

Loved the condo, owner very helpful with check in, out processes. Did a lot of shopping, the putt putt golf down road a lot of fun. And Coconut Charlie’s is a 5 minute walk down beach, outdoor restaurant/bar. Owners have Everything you need for beach or pool! Will definitely be going back

Excellent property!

The communication with Victor was great! He sent very simple check in/check out instructions. The property was on a beautiful beach in a centrally located area. The beach accessories for guests to use were great as well as a high chair and pack n play for an infant. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation spot

A great location and a wonderful condo for my family for the week. Was very comfortable for my family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 kids, 2 parents). Everything was exactly as described, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the beach supply closet was. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and also having the pool right there as well. Victor texted us upon arrival and was quick to respond to the few questions we had while we were there. Lots of fun things to do in the area and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

Family Vacation

I booked this condo after looking for awhile for a reasonable place to stay right on the beach. It accommodated myself, my adult daughter, her husband and two kids, my teenage daughter, and my mother. It had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. We brought stuff for the beach, but never used it as the condo had it all!! Redington Shores was beautiful, the condo was very nice and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Words fall short of doing justice to this property, the owner and the cleaning staff. From the moment we considered Sea Oats 505 to the moment we checked out, the owner of the property was more than explicit regarding representations of the property. Victor went above and beyond in assisting us. He is the main reason we chose this property above others because he was patient and precise. The property has the best views of the Gulf, is immaculately clean, has every essential supply you need and just feels like home away from home. The beach and the pool were not crowded in the area. The supply closet has a canopy, beach chairs, toys for the little ones, tennis rackets along with numerous other items. If you are even debating going to Redington, this is where you want to be! Fabulous experience!

Very nice condo located on the beach in a quiet area. Unit was as described in the listing and offered pretty much everything you could need for the beach. We did have a few issues with the cleanliness of the bedding on check-in but the owner did what he could to make things better. Would recommend this condo to anyone and I think our experience with bedding was probably an anomaly as the rest of the unit was clean.

Vacation & graduation trip

The condo and location were perfect for us! The condo was nicely equipped and the beach was simply amazing! Plenty of beach accessories provided by the host, which was awesome! We had a couple of minor maintenance things that Victor took care of right away. He was very responsive and accommodating. And, thank you Victor for having nice, soft bed sheets!!! I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the balcony and watched dolphins cruise by! Our favorite meal was at the restaurant Wahoo’s. We would definitely stay again!
