🔹🔹 OPEN CONCEPT – EAT, PLAY, WORK 🔹🔹
Walking up to the front door, you’ll notice the spacious, shaded front patio. As you walk into the entranceway, you’ll notice the open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room and workspace area.

The dining area has seating for 8 people, with a hideaway leaf that can be opened to accommodate 10. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with all the necessities needed to prepare a meal if you desire. There is a large pantry in this area that houses small appliances as well as any beach gear you may need to enjoy a day at the beach.

The living room has plenty of seating for your whole group. The 55” Smart TV allows you to login and watch all your favorite streaming platforms. The large Italian leather couch also doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa that can be used if more sleeping space is needed.

The workspace features an L-shaped desk, ergonomic desk chair, and a few office supplies available for use. Perfect to hop on those Zoom calls when you’re not poolside!


🔹🔹 BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS 🔹🔹
Master Bedroom and Bath:
The master features a King bed and attached bathroom with a manual bidet, dual sinks and a dual-head walk-in shower that produces amazing water pressure. You can access the pool area directly from the bedroom and also the bathroom, making it easy to hop in the shower from outside. There is also a 55” Smart TV as well and large walk-in closet for you to store your belongings during your stay.

Guest Bedroom 1:
This room also has a King bed for extra comfort. There is a large closet for storage space and 55” Smart TV for your use.

Guest Bedroom 2:
This bedroom has 2 Twin bunk beds to accommodate 4 people total. It also has a walk-in closet with a door that can connect to the Master, often convenient for families with young children.

Guest Bathroom:
Both guest rooms share a second full bathroom equipped with manual Bidet, dual sinks, a tub for those little ones that had too much fun at the beach, and a separate walk-in shower also with amazing water pressure.


🔹🔹 OUTDOOR OASIS – POOL, SPA, SUN 🔹🔹
There is direct access to the outdoor oasis from nearly every room in the house!

Once outside, enjoy the large heated pool and hot tub – control the lights and jets with the wireless remote for added fun. Afterwards, lounge in the large shaded cabana that sits poolside. The cabana is equipped with an additional 55” Smart TV, comfy couch and Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite programming or just chill!

For all of the sun lovers, venture over to the large turf area that surrounds the pool and relax on one of the padded sun loungers, hammock or the hanging egg chairs!

After a long day at the beach or hanging around the pool, mosey over to the covered BBQ area that features a grill and bar top. Once the sun goes down enjoy a nightcap or some smores while sharing stories around the gas-powered firepit.

The accommodation also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, inclusive of amenities like an ironing board and iron.
