Room booked was direct gulf ocean view, got a side ocean view when I asked about it front desk said it was the best view. No sofa bed linings when I went to front desk at 1:30 am no one answered the phone then I went down someone came in from outside. Told him no linings for sofa bed he gave me one blanket and a flat sheet said that’s the last bed be he had. One bedroom fan not working. Stayed here numerous times in the past and this was the worse stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the property — it was clean and overall a good experience. However, I was very disappointed with the extra fees that were charged after my stay. The $25 per day plus tax resort fee was not clearly disclosed upfront when I made my reservation. While I was aware of the nightly rate, the additional hidden charges felt misleading. Transparency about all costs is very important, and I would encourage the property to make this information clearer at the time of booking.

We just went for the beach relaxing. The beach is easy to get to, love the "toy box" sharing ("take one or leave one"). The pool is great. (Only issue, the jets in the hot tub are too low, for a tailbone massage :-/ ) . The cafe is excellent, reasonable prices, easy, great service, good food.

I am recommending this place already to friends and family already. Lots of space for the family, they provide everything you need during your stay and you can't beat the location...close to everything and has trolley stops im front of the condo-like hotel.

My unit was pretty clean and the area is also clean and feels safe. The one downfall is not too many eateries in the area within walking distance. The onsite cafe is pretty good for sandwiches and breakfast. Restaurants are at least a mile or further.

The room condition was not what we expected. Dusty and dirty. Scuffs on the walls. Multiple small repair issues needed to be made. Some were taken care of and others weren't. No lock on the sliding balcony door, which is a big safety issue for little kids or in our case, a special needs kid. This was fixed promptly. Since we lived only an hour away, we decided to leave the night before checkout because of the cleanliness of the room and sleeping comfortability. We weren't expecting luxury by any means, but we did expect it to be clean. We had to ask for a dust pan to try and clean the floors because we only had a broom. They gave us another broom, so we just piled up the dirt in the corner. The location, the beach, and the pools were all great though.

Was assigned room S212. I wish I could add the picture of the coach. It was absolutely disgusting. We had to place a bedsheet over all the stains. Bathtub coating was coming off. 2 inches of dust on top of the fridge. Thank goodness for the manager Jules. She found us another room. It was cleaner but the bathtub coating was also flaking off. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I was in a pinch or received some sort of great deal.
