Very nicely renovated place. Due to the storm a year ago, multiple properties around the house are abandoned and/or under renovations, but it was a very quiet street right off the main drag. Enough parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Very easy walk to the beach that my 60 year old parents had no issue with. We didn’t do any cooking, but the place seemed well stocked with pots and pans. There’s several beach chairs and a wagon to utilize in the front closet. Only “issue” we had was there was no iron as listed, but owners were quickly responsive by text. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Our 2 dogs which are well behaved and us had a great time. The location was perfect. Could not ask for a better location. John’s Pass is right down the street. You would not need a car. The house inside is like brand new. The appliances all looked brand new. The streaming services were above and beyond. I can’t believe how lucky we were to pick this house. We will be back.

We had a nice stay here! The location was great—just a short walk to the beach, and the house came with everything you’d need for a beach day (cart, chairs, towels, etc.), which was super convenient. The kitchen was updated with nice appliances, and the host was really responsive. While it’s close to the beach, the neighborhood does have quite a few abandoned houses from the hurricane, so just something to be aware of.Overall, it worked out well for us and had lots of great perks for a beach trip!

Amazing location in an awesome town

We were slightly worried how Treasure Island was going to be, so soon after the recent hurricanes, but were surprised to find out that the town has rebounded amazingly. The beaches are beautiful and there are so many stores and things to do.This property was definitely a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect and the home is outfitted with all the amenities you need. It's modern and spacious and the backyard is perfect for tanning and relaxing. The beds are also extremely comfortable! We highly recommend this beautiful property and Treasure Island as a place to visit and have a great vacation.

Very cozy home in great location

This place was perfect for my girlfriend and I along with my mother and step father. You're within (albeit about half a mile) walking distance of the John's Pass Town Center that has all of the restaurants/shops needed. Make sure to use the crosswalks when headed to the beach!

Great little house

House was great, beach access was a 1-2 minute walk. There was bay access on one side and ocean in the other. The host had a “beach” closet with a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and ice chest. Property was in a good location with a small shopping district with shops and restaurants just over the bridge.

Treasure of a Vacation

We loved the property, the house is very nice. Clean and very well kept, and equipped with just about anything you could need. The patio out back is great for hosting BBQ's with the family. Great little ice cream shop just across the street to grab a treat each night. Very close to the beach access as well. We had a great time!!!!!

Cute cottage

This was our 2nd time here. We love the setup of the cottage. Our son & his wife joined us for a few days. They had their side of the cottage & we had ours. The cottage is decorated very nicely and was very well furnished. The cookware was well worn but not an issue for me as I travel with my own. There is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Location is prime. Beach, John’s Pass, restaurants, and bars are all walkable. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and sink drains but Kim was very good on keeping us informed to resolve it. Communication was swift. I wanted to rent again for next year but it is already reserved. â˜č

Perfect location and beach getaway 🌮😎

We thoroughly enjoyed this very clean and charming home and no wonder it received a five star rating! It was very clean, well stocked including beach wagon, chairs, plenty of towels and even footballs! It was less than 3 minute walk to the beach which was just across the street. Walking distance to John’s Pass and many things to do in the area. Hosts Kim & Jerry were wonderful to work with! The beautiful and spacious back patio which had plenty of furniture was a great place to relax after the beach and morning coffee. The bedrooms were nice and large too. We highly recommend this property!

Property was as described and well stocked with stuff to take to the beach. The property had charm, fenced yard and parking for two cars. It is a 5 minute walk to the putting your stuff on the beach..... very convenient! Also close to John' Pass.... 10 minute walk. Loved that the house came with beach chairs and an umbrella and a cart for transport. It had some beach inflatables, but a couple of them did not hold air. There were extra towels for the beach and bathrooms and there was adequate laundry. Everything worked well and they supplied some games and movies. A couple light bulbs were out, the outside furniture was old and the chair rack that held the beach chairs came off the wall, but these are small issues compared to the house overall.
