Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The check-in process was speedy, and the front desk staff welcomed us with a refreshing rum punch. We were provided with a detailed map of the hotel and the surrounding area. Our room was stunning and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. We had a view of the ocean from our private balcony. Daily housekeeping ensured our room remained immaculate. Every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly. Our stay at The Crane was nothing short of exceptional. Looking forward to returning!

This property and landscaping were top notch. Easy walk to all restaurants. Unfortunately the beach had seaweed and was closed for our whole visit. The pools were great.

I had a great time staying at the Crane Resort with friends. Our suite was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We had a suite with a pool and nice patio to relax and take in the beautiful property and the ocean. The property is beautiful and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and was always eager to help. I want to give a special thanks to Laijai for a smooth check in process, to Anthony and Donna for providing assistance throughout our trip, and to Chaunte from concierge. The food at breakfast was delicious and had some good options to choose from but the service very slow if you order a la carte. The property is somewhat secluded, and you have to take a taxi if you want to experience local cuisine and activities. All in all, this was a great vacation, and I would definitely go back.
