Bad quality-price relation

There is no free parking. We asked to the man but we got no answer. The building and entrance was old. We saw a wall from the window. The room was clean and comfortable but I think it wasn't the price.

Could have been better for the price we paid

No front desk. No parking. No shower. Had to call before getting there to get a code to open the door. No breakfast service. Room was clean but not so much around the bathtub. Water was yellow out of the bathub tap. Was ok for a night. Price a bit high for the quality of the room.

Ok, if you don’t have other options.

Visited for a business trip to find there was no WiFi which was essential. Did ask but was told there was a WiFi name Which never existed. The coffee machine was broken, tap in the bathroom and the toilet were all lose. It’s down a very dark alley way, so easily missed where I had to get a key from a key box on the door. This would have been difficult if you had bad eyesight.

Une expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Nous avions réservé deux nuits dans la chambre terrasse avec jacuzzi pour le réveillon du 31. Le 30 décembre, vers 19h, on nous informe que le spa ne fonctionne pas et qu’une “chambre plus petite avec jacuzzi” est proposée. Après discussion, il a été convenu que nous dormirions dans la grande chambre et utiliserions le jacuzzi de la petite. À l’arrivée, la réalité était scandaleuse : • Les deux jacuzzis dans un état pitoyable, avec fils apparents sur le jacuzzi extérieur, un danger évident. • Calcaire partout (cafetières, douches), poussière, moisissures, serviettes et peignoirs avec une odeur de renfermé/moisi. • TV mais pas connectée (Netflix ou équivalent),Wifi du restaurant qui ne capte pas, réseau téléphonique quasi inexistant. • Travaux inachevés ou mal exécutés, éclairage extérieur défaillant, aucun détecteur de fumée (pourtant obligatoire). • Décoration de très mauvais goût,pas de produits ménagers ni de poubelle. Le propriétaire m’avait proposé un geste, mais n’a tenu aucune parole. Je réserve des logements chaque semaine via hotels.com, et c’est la première fois que je vois un établissement dans un tel état. En résumé : insalubre, dangereux, malhonnête, et absolument indigne du standing annoncé. À fuir sans hésitation.

Attention aux jacuzzi…

le lieu est très propre rien a re dire sur ca, par contre le jacuzzi doit être traité au CHLORE !!! des que nous avons allumé les bulles, des irritations sur la peau, gorge et peau sont survenues … nous n’avons pas finis la nuit dans la chambre car impossible de respirer, ma compagne est partie en crise d’asthme et malgré un message aux propriétaires nous n’avons pas eu de réponse …

Prestation qui ne correspond pas à un produit au tarif 245€ Lieu tape à l’œil Vétuste ,jacuzzi salle des dépôts au fond … au sol un gazon synthétique où on ose poser les pieds Pas une bouteille d’eau une vielle cafetière poussiéreuse un vieux frigo rouillé… Nous avons signalé en compensation une bouteille de champagne mais bon une soirée de réveillon assombri … Lieu non recommandable et loin de l’ambiance de saint Rémy

La chambre est très jolie, bien située dans l'hyper-centre. Parking à moins de 5 min à pied. Le bain à remous est agréable, la literie au top et l'accueil sympathique. Je recommande 👌

Très belle chambre

J'ai longtemps esite avant de me lancer par rapport à la ville que je ne connaissais pas ,finalement très jolie endroit avec petit commerce tout autour ,la chambre 3 sublime ! Tres bon moment passé avec mon mari pour son anniversaire. Dommage qu'il n y est pas de petit apéritif de bienvenue ,ni de petit déjeuner ,sinon tout ete qu top !
