Fabulous Condo & Location for Girls' Trip

Condo was beautiful, clean and had amazing views of the beach from the living room, kitchen and several decks. Very spacious as well. The shared pool between our unit and the one next door was a nice bonus. The only thing that was a bit odd was that for a beach rental, the unit had no beach towels, beach chairs or umbrellas. We were offered a credit towards the rental fee of these items which worked out fine, but just be aware that there are various fees involved nonetheless. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here. You will not be sorry.

St Simons getaway

236 Myrtle st is an amazing property. The home will not dissapoint and the property manager was so easy to work with. beach access is across the street and the property is an easy walk into town - lots of shops and restaurants. The ocean water is not as clean as we expected as there are rivers close buy which cause a lot of silt in the water but the beach is awesome for long walks or riding a bike. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful view

Could not have a better view!! Wonderful to wake up every morning to see a panoramic view of the beach, ocean and sunrise. I would suggest that the owners update their hot water heater to a larger size. After 2 showers there was no hot water! Bedding could also be updated. Other than that it is a great place and location is great for both activities on beach, the village or bike riding all over St. Simons.

Beautiful property and excellent location

Property was exactly as pictured. Home has ample space and comfortable /easy sitting areas. Almost all rooms have views of the ocean. It really is a home away from home plus bonus of beach. An easy walk to the water and plenty of dining and food options within walking distance. We also rented a golf cart which made sight-seeing and village exploring easy. You won't be disappointed in this property!

Beach Paradise

Location is perfect and right across from the beach -only steps away! Enjoyed watching the locals gather each evening and watching the boat haulers enter/exit the channel. WOW! Well equipped amenities and plenty of space. WONDERFUL home! Need to fix the spicket outside.

Perfect property in a perfect location

Pictures don’t do it justice. Well-furnished, luxury property in a perfect location: very close to shopping, restaurants, the pier and lighthouse. Not to mention steps away from the beach. So many windows to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean from almost every room!

Pictures don’t do it justice

We loved our stay at 236 Myrtle. The pictures online don’t do the property justice. Amazing ocean views from the living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms also have great views. The large balcony was a great way yo start the day at sunrise, and end the day listening to the ocean waves. The ocean is just steps away, and the plunge pool is a perfect respite. Walking distance to several great restaurants, and around a mile yo the village area with even more eating and shopping. The check-in process exceeded my expectations. The Master shower backed up and the team quickly responded. Other than that, it was a perfect property, in a perfect location, and a perfect experience.

Best House Ever

We have been coming to Saint Simons for years. This was the best condo we stayed in. Close to the beach. The pictures were a little misleading. It looked further away. Large location. Lots of open area . My husband has a wheelchair it was very easy for him to move around and be part of the fun. The views were fantastic. My regret was not making sure they had a Keurig. All of the appliances were high-end. I just did not confirm. My bad. Everything was first class. Even the response to any issues we had. Thank you

It was greatt try to be with family.

Cleanliness had to do with ants. 236 only had a few flying ants. But 234 had plenty of ants at window in living area. And around condo. Neither condo had a broom and dust pan that we could find. It would have been nice to have to clean up a little.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It is beautifully appointed, spacious, quiet and clean with amazing views of the beach. It is literally right across from the beach and it is also close to restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the beach and fishing. Great place to bike from. Immaculate home with all the amenities we needed. I’m extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Views were amazing. 😁

The cleanliness markdown is for the kitchen pots and pans/ silverware. We had to re-wash glasses. Also the pool needed to be cleaned twice a week to be more enjoyable. That was a lot of people using the small pool. Unit next door and us. From the pics the basement bedroom looks better. It’s rather a dungeon.

Location was Awesome

This was a perfect property for our family. It was so easy to go back and forth with the children for nap time and the small pool also gave our 5 year old an option for swimming out of the hot sun. The condo was so nice and roomy. We had a wonderful vacation.
