It started off from the moment we checked in , the front desk was rude, when we got to our room, the toilet was clogged. Our sink was clogged, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. They moved us to another room the room they moved us to there was an issue with the Wi-Fi there too, as well as as far as the chair in the room was ripped . I spoke to the manager at the front desk and she apologize and gave us a free meal, which was nice of her, to make matters worse the day that we were checking out, our flight was the delayed a few hours and I asked for a 45 minute extension in our room and they said no and then I got a bill for added charges that we’re supposedly included in the resort fee. The hotel was not kept up. It was dirty. The room was a they let down as far as the Wi-Fi too. I would never go back to this resort ever.

Upgraded room with partial room was good because it was on the bay side. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pools were amazing. Front desk was great....bartenders and wait staff had an attitude. This is a very expensive stay. Drinks were really pricy. I recommend eating and drinking in town.

The Westin is a top notch luxury hotel. Everything you need is there and you can just relax and enjoy the beautiful room, restaurants and pool. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It is a lovely hotel.

Wonderful room facing the ocean. Slight hiccup with air conditioning in the room, but they fixed it right away. Food was good - loved Luna Mar. Pools were gorgeous. Entertainment was fun. Rooms were cleaned every day. Would definitely return.

The hotel, restaurants, amenities, and over vibe was Amazing!!! Why I can’t give it all 5 stars is because we stayed there Tuesday-Saturday and did not get any house keeping. Except for the second day at 8 am. Other than that, it’s definitely a great place to stay!

My husband had a medical emergency the night before we were supposed to arrive there. We tried to change the dates. The airline would change the dates but YOU WOULD NOT. I tried calling and no one would respond back to me. So no I’m not happy.

Lobby, pools, outdoor resturants were very nice. Unfortunately, the front desk staff that we experienced (3 or 4 different) individuals were cold, with attitudes as if they were doing us a favor speaking to us. Melania and Jessica at the main bar restaurant Luna Mar were very good and very service minded as were the managers. You need to be prepared and capable of climbing stairs which we didnt mind. Food was okay, Luna Mar had good bar food, salt shack had good bbq but very very long waits. Sugarfin, not so great. Bell and car service teams were very accommodating. Overall, a nice place to stay if you like the hills and terrain of St Thomas. Last note: as a long time Marriott Bonvoy member, the front desk service team including management was the worst experience I had and I travels 80% for business and mostly stayed at Marriott 's. Its an island thing with St Thomas... vey different in Aruba as an example.

My stay at the Westin St. Thomas has been extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected of a Westin property. From the moment we arrived, the experience has been unacceptable. Our room has a persistent musty odor and smells strongly of mold or mildew. This is not only unpleasant but raises serious health concerns. Given the premium rates we are paying, this alone is unacceptable and has made it difficult to feel comfortable in the room. Service throughout the resort has been consistently slow, disorganized, and, at times, rude. One particularly frustrating example involved your advertised daily happy hour. We were told happy hour was available, only to be sent from one bar to another. At the first bar, we were informed they did not participate in happy hour at all. After being redirected, it ultimately took 38 minutes to receive just two drinks. The drinks were very watered down, and this should not be happening for the price point we’re paying. They also had no straws available. To make matters worse, we later learned that happy hour is not offered on Sundays, despite being advertised as a daily amenity. This lack of clarity, coordination, and respect for guests’ time is unacceptable. The food quality throughout the resort has also been extremely poor. Meals have been consistently disappointing, poorly prepared, and not remotely reflective of a luxury resort experience. Save your money and pick another resort.
