This is a nice property within walking distance of the Galway city center. The staff were super friendly. If I had one criticism, the suites with the balconies are a bit overrated/misrepresented. I don't think almost any of them face water -- mine overlooked the cul-de-sac parking area in front of the hotel. There was also no patio furniture or anything else on the balconies (so there was no way to sit out and actually enjoy them, unless you drag a chair from inside your hotel room out). So that was a bit disappointing, considering the extra amount you pay for those rooms. But overall I'd still recommend this place and I'd stay there again!

I booked this hotel for friends who were traveling with us for a group trip. They said that the hotel was fabulous, and they really enjoyed all of the amenities. They especially enjoyed the daily breakfast that was 15 euro for guests.

Great lifts and a thermal spa

Wonderful place 10 min walk from Latin Quarter. This hotel is great, what I like was the lifts were centrally located and flowed all day. Take advantage of the spa facilities and thermal suite. I did and it’s impressive.

After spending €548 for a two night stay with breakfast included, I was shocked, saddened and sickened that they had the gall to charge €24 to park for 2 nights in their own underground car park. Took the shine off a decent enough staff. Greedy

Awesome hotel. Perfect choice!

It was a perfect fit for our family. We got two rooms. One for my husband & I and one for our two adult sons. Great parking garage ($12/day very reasonable). Great breakfast ($15/person, delicious & very worth the price). Lovely hotel. Would recommend 100%.
