When I read the reviews I was impressed. But I was wrong. The bldg should have been maintained properly. It was cumbersome to get around. Small curbed stairs and small walk way. I would have rather paid more and be comfortable at another hotel. Ac was not working. Accommodation was very bad. I am usually very easy going guy. But

First time in months that I find so great staff in a hotel. Not even 5 star hotels around London had better staff. Receptionist Ana was the best receptionist I’ve even seen in my life. I will definitely comeback in the futures

All-in-all, a pleasant stay. The staff were all polite & friendly. The hotel felt safe & was in a lovely riverside location. The room was a bit old & worn (drawer fronts coming off when opened) but the place was clean & tidy, with a nice powerful shower!

The Sunday roast was amazing. The river-view room is worth it. The parking was convenient, and we walked down the river path which was lovely. Easy to get to for those traveling from Heathrow airport. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Love this place on the Thames very friendly staff and a wonderful buffet breakfast. Walking distance from shops and local pubs. A must visit if you are going to London Staines.

Hotel was perfect location and clean however the windows need some extra noise exclusion because you can hear all the noise outside plus adjoining door let’s all the noise through

Bathroom in need of updates and repairs . No one at reception. Dining, breakfast, bar all operated by others than hotel, however we’re told to go tell front reception desk to pay…no one at reception. Also, since we expected the bar to notify hotel of amount, we were woken by person from bar who said we had to go pay at reception. Nice location on river but needs repairs. Room had strong smell of mold. Dirty linens were piled most of the day in hallways.

Decent value, you get what you pay for so don't expect luxury. Hotel is in a fantastic location though right beside Staines town centre. The staff were very friendly and pleasant!! The rooms use pin numbers not key cards which I thought was a nice touch. Definitely needs updating though, no A/C, no USB charging ports, and the bathroom in my room had what looked like a bit of mold on the ceiling of the shower.
