The property is still under renovations which we were not told. Honestly it did not affect us directly as our room was already renovated but could see work being done in the halls going back And forth to our room. I requested a handicap room for my husband and it was not granted. We were put in a corner interior (atrium) room and saw nothing but the corner of the interior building in front of the window of the room. The valet and bell captain were very nice and polite. The. Ar and restaurant looked very nice and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. We did not have the ability to relax there this trip. The coffee shop was very overpriced and we ordered toasted buttered bagels. It was served dry with frozen pats of butter. It was not a pleasure trip but a trip to be close to the hospital for our family member.

We don’t care about the property. We asked for a quiet room, but instead we were given a room facing the dreaded interior courtyard. Extremely noisy, echoing noise, so very very difficult to sleep before the bar drinkers finally had their fill. The room doors have visible space around them, so you will not miss a word or door bang on the hallway.

this is giong to sound silly, but I miss the coffee service that used to be set out each morning by the elevator. keurig in the room powdered creamer just isn't the same.

Everyone was friendly ans helpful from Abigayle front desk, Ismaralde my room cleaning person, Hubert at the store. I didn't meet the manager, but she/he is doing a great job training and setting a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. It was a great stay!
