Check in was easy - tho I arrived at midnight. Young man on reception was friendly and professional. Eggs ordered were done to perfection Room was clean - bed was really comfortable Only down mark was shower pressure which was poor.- but usable. This was at about 9am. dont think that's a particularly busy time?

Nearly had a heart attack waking up for a fire alarm’s test. There was black hair on the bed when I first arrived. Aircon didn’t work. Room (237).

Nice and comfy hotel the only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t include the airport transfer so you have to pay 4£ each person! I mean if you’re staying there it’s cuz the closest to the airport
