What a cute little place! The pictures shown are a perfect example of what you will find on arrival. I would have liked to have given a 5 star rating, however I was dissappointed with my experience with "Say over now," the vacation rental management company who cares for this property. We arrived just shy of an hr. after check in on a Friday. The inside is well decorated and very cute. However, I went to turn on the ceiling fan and noticed the dirty light switches and dirty air in take vent. We started looking around and found what looked to us, as an unclean cabin. I called the company first thing Saturday morning when they opened. Talked to a customer care rep., she told me she would leave a message for a manager and they would get back with me. 2 hrs later I called again, was given the same information but was also informed managers do not work on the weekends. 2 hrs later still no call back from management. I left a message, again no return call. The next morning, Sunday I called when they opened to hear the same information, this time asking if we wanted the cleaning staff to come clean our cabin. Yes. Please. They came close to 11 am, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. JAIME AND BRITTANY! At this point management has not called or even texted me a message about the condition of our rental. I called once more on Monday before we left. I did not get a full reimbursement, because I was told we did stay in the unit. They gave us one night a cleaning fee reimbursement. Disappointing!
