Generally great. However, the shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion were all warm oak scented. This is such a manly scent and I would have appreciated a more neutral scent for toiletries.

Management needs to do something to control overnight noise. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last several weeks and experienced the same issues both times. College kids in the hallways, yelling, slamming doors and partying in rooms overnight! I’m not talking about 10 or 11 PM… I mean all night long until 6/7 AM. I slept exactly 0 minutes last night. Management needs to do a better job of controlling noise and making sure all guests are comfortable and able to sleep. In addition to the unacceptable levels of noise, I’ve had maintenance issues both times. This most recent trip included both bedside table lamps not working. The knobs to turn them on/off are completely missing on one lamp and simply broken on the other lamp. The only way to turn those lights on was to loosen/tighten the lightbulb. It’s like staying in a frat house!

Stayed at this location for about a week md during the snow storm . Overall the stay was great, beautiful hotel and unique rooms I stayed in a few styles. The front desk staff was professional and kind - Sherrie M. was wonderful and always helpful with a smile no matter how frigid the lobby was. Thankfully management had the fire place fixed towards the end of the stay. Sunday brunch had more than we expected and something for everyone. The other restaurants coffee shop we great as well . The maintenance staff was helpful and professional and the rooms and linen were clean. Looking forward to staying again due in the fall. Again, thank you Sherrie M, for all you did to ensure we had a great stay.

When walking into the hotel it looked clean from a distance. As I start using the room with my kids, I started to notice dirtiness. The floor did not seem vacuumed, there was a bottle cap on the floor under the table by the beds, there was a yellow piece of tape on the water spout of the tub, the tub had dirt spots in it and hair, and there was a small black curly hair under the pillows. Also, the loby and the elevator smelled like cigarettes enough that my 6 year old wouldn't stop talking about it.
