• Check all drawers and closets for personal belongings. We can no longer mail items that have been left due to time constraints. • To close all windows and doors • To switch off the lights
• Turn off the coffee pot • Please leave the home in a tidy and neat condition otherwise additional cleaning fees will be charged • Take out the garbage/trash.
• During the winter months (Nov - May) please leave the thermostat set to no lower than 65° F. This way the home's pipes will not freeze.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
