Super convenient location, clean, and affordable. Right off the main road up a hill with great views of Staunton - nice and quiet too. Close to eateries and gas station right at the bottom of that hill. Breakfast included (6-9am) with many offerings including eggs, sausage, waffles, various breads, fruit, yogurt, and drinks.

Stayed overnight on two separate occasions, one night on my way down to NC from MA and another night on my way back up to MA. Excellent stay both times. Great location right off RT81 and the main road. Up on a hill with great sunset and sunrise views from the entrance. Right around the corner from multiple eateries and a gas station. Variety of breakfast selections included with booking, which runs from 6am-9am. Room was spotless, with everything present, working, and well upkept.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was given a small room near the elevator and it was fairly noisy as other guests were coming in for their stay, but once everything settled down, I slept very well in a very comfy bed! Looking forward to staying here again in my return trip home in 4 days.

The guest washing machine reeked so bad I couldnt even trust washing my clothes in it. Breakfast was good, the strawberry waffles were superb and the coffee was amazing!

Initially put into a room that they knew had issues with plumbing and sewer. After being waken up the first night with a foul stench of sewer gas, talked to front desk next morning about it and they were more than accommodating to put us in another room for the next 2 nights. This is when it was stated by the hotel staff that this particular room has issues. How can you have a room available if you know it has issues? Get the issues fixed before gambling if the issue might arise during someone’s stay.
