Room does not deserve 4 stars nor does this facility. I looked like a “dorm” for college students. One bath towel and no cups in the room. One power socket. Smelled like the room had not been entered in a month.
Room was BERY tight. Bath was big.

One bath towel found in the room but no phone on the room to call for another towel

Room and hotel was clean. No bath towels. staff had to search unrented roms to get us some. Very thin on staff. Price is too high. This hotel is is need of renovation. Hotel is on the water, nice location.

Our room was quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. The hotel was easily accessible by bus and it was a quick trip from the ferry terminal. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay and we would recommend it.

Pretty place. We only had one towel though and there were two of us. The shower wall had some black mildew on it which was kinda gross. Would’ve also loved more pillows. But the staff was friendly and enjoyed the bar service

Desperately in need of renovation but a fine bed

We really looked forward to staying here but our stay was absolutely ruined by smokers next door. We paid extra for a harbour view which was lovely but we could not open the window or sit on the shared balcony because our room was next to a smoking room and the guests there exercised their right to smoke. When we mentioned this in the morning the customer service was appalling with the receptionist shrugging her shoulders and asking what she could do. Well; for one thing not have a smoking room next to a non smoking room with a shared balcony! The room was big and bright; the curtains obviously recently cleaned with one (creased and non-ironed put back). The floor outside the bathroom was broken and dangerous and the door frame in the bathroom was rotten. The bed was amazingly comfortable and huge and the best thing about the place.

Great place, great location, great breakfast

I stayed at the Hummeren Hotel for a couple of days in May2023. The hotel has a great location - right next to the harbour/water and only a few minutes drive from the airport. Supermarkets are within a few hundred meters from the hotel. Room was spacious, breakfast was really good and staff were friendly and helpful. I would come back any time

In spite of the name, there was no lobster on the menu. Due to an unannounced event, with a very noisy orchestra, there was no choice of meals, but only a grill buffet of very poor quality. Not very clean and with very soft beds. Coffee machine out of order. Overpriced.

The hotel is in a nice spot overlooking a harbour very chilled had dinner in the hotel as part of a party and the food was very good. Could probably do with some tea/coffee facilities in the room. Staff were very friendly and unobtrusive nice place to stay even though it’s a little outside the centre

With the public transport system on offer in Stavenger....you are never more than what feels like 15mins waiting for a bus.... Pay for a ticket that covers the duration of your time there its cheaper...This makes staying at this location a Must....its in a Beautiful are... has a supermarket within walking distance..along with.some fast food outlets... The Hotel itself....has got a homely feel to it...The Staff are warm and Welcoming and very helpful.... Breakfast was ideal everything you could wish for both hot and cold varieties on offer.... Overall we had a Very Very nice Stay....

The hotel overlooks a quiet little marina, with a busy commercial facility away in the distance, so there is always something to see. We took a lovely walk from the hotel around the marina and spent a lot of time admiring the view. Inside the hotel our room was very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was varied and delicious.
