The room is wonderful. Itâs nicely decorated and feels very cozy. Great location and the Sheraton is fantastic.
The unit is managed by an agency, Vacasa, and they were hard to work with. A lot of passing messages along to local staff that went nowhere.
I received a link via text that stated check in instructions were inside, but the link was broken. I reached out to their customer support and they replied âwhat linkâ and then said someone would reach out the day of arrival to help.
Day of arrival, I had to reach out again to the agency. The onsite staff were great and met us with the keys.
The fireplace, a big draw for us, was non functional. I reached out right upon arrival to the provided agency number and after some back and forth they said someone local would call shortly. No one called. The next day I reached out again, they said they were putting in a ticket and someone would be in touch. No contact. Third time, same thing. Checking out, still havenât heard from anyone.
We were also really disappointed no one informed us there would be significant construction happening in the units around and above us. Starting at 8am, there was construction directly above us that did not stop until evening.
