Welcome to your Alaska retreat in the heart of Sterling—where comfort meets adventure. This beautifully appointed 2-bed, 2-bath home features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, Vitamix blender, professional-grade knives, food processor, & quality glassware. Perfect for cooking and entertaining. Relax in your private backyard oasis featuring a fire pit, gas grill, wraparound deck, & outdoor seating. Enjoy a dedicated fish freezer, plus washer & dryer for your convenience.
Please note: There is a shared driveway with a second private home that is not included in this rental and may occasionally be used by the owner.

Respect the Property: Please treat the home as if it were your own. Take care not to damage, misuse, or remove any furnishings, fixtures, or amenities.
Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly during late evening and early morning hours. We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and the surrounding community.
Follow the House Guide: Each property includes a digital or printed guidebook containing important information and any property-specific rules. Please review and follow all instructions provided.
