My room was huge and the fire place was a nice touch. Only complaint was not enough extra seating for my family in my room. We had so much space but not enough seats. They brought desk chairs from their rooms

We specifically chose this hotel so we could get away for the day/night so the kids could relax and go swimming. However, the heater in the pool was not working and the water was so cold; the kids just sat and shivered. Needless to say, they didn't get to go swimming. We brought it up to the front desk and it was basically brushed off saying the heater wasn't working and that the water was just a little cooler than normal. No, it was unbearably cold. No apologies, nothing! So we basically paid to just sleep at this hotel. Would not recommend based on this alone - seemed very unprofessional.

There was no hair dryer in the room. Garbage on the chair. And no extra toilet paper. It looks like someone didn’t finish making up this room. I did learn that next time I go to a hotel I need to do a thorough walk through as soon as I get there.
