Quick check in and room was perfect for my one night stay. What really makes the stay are the staff. All are very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Staff were great, breakfast was fine. I didn't care for the heater in the room. It was a blower on the ceiling. Luckily the bed was far enough from it, but the other twin would have been directly below. Otherwise, hotel was fine. No issues!

Really nice HI Express. Love the free full breakfast but sadly on arriving at 9.40 we missed the breakfast :(.i thought it stopped at 10. Had to make do with cereal, toast and croissants which were all very nice indeed. But would have preferred a hot full english. Room was warm, clean, tidy and comfortable

Beeakfast was good. Nice variety. Wide had a meal on the evening which she said was really nice. As a whelchair user, we stayed in an accessible room which was spacious even to move around in the wheelchair. This is not a criticism but a suggestion for just a slight improvement that would make the room pretty much faultless. There is a slight step into the bathroom from the bedroom. Ideally this could be completely flat. And also the shower seat is sat to the side and not directly under the the shower. This would be better placed on the same wall as the shower so you are sat directly under it. The staff were all polite helpful and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay it is clean tidy and had everything you need.

Good break but rooms are cold

Buffet breakfast was spot on. Only problem I had was there are no radiators in room just an air conditioning fan so it was very cold. I wouldnt stay again in Autumn or winter.

Friendly staff. Nice room, but the toilet seat kept detaching from its mounting and the toilet did not always clear when flushed. Limited menu for meals so we went to the Greene King next door, although the food there was disappointing.

This hotel was fine, the room was a little smelly on entry but it did settle when we opened the window. The room was fine, basic but comfortable. The bathrooms could do with updating. The breakfast is fine but limited options.

Staff were really helpful, we had a wheelchair user with us and they gave us a slightly bigger family room to make things more manageable. I asked for extra pillows for my daughter and they brought them right up. All staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The lovely lady on breakfast duty was absolutely lovely to my daughter, she actually brought in muffins the next morning for her as they had run out the day before. You have wonderful staff and because of this i would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Comfy room, tea / coffee making facilities, hairdryer and iron provided which was great. Comfy bed and spacious room. Breakfast good and free parking is great. Only downside is there are no electric car chargers which was disappointing and caused us some inconvenience.
