I had a nice, basic, functional room on the first floor. Quiet, facing the internal courtyard. Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Queens Hotel has excellent service except if you want to get Wi-Fi in your room. I've stayed here twice now, and the second time I was given the smallest room I've ever stayed in, in any hotel in 50 years. I had to move furniture aroundto create a space where I could even open my suitcase. But Stockholm is pricey, and Queens hotel is good value for the money. Excellent location, friendly staff, the breakfast is great and included.
