The room was spacious and the beds very comfy. That said, we got booted off the wifi and were never able to connect again. There was someone (maintenance?) pounding on something metal for about 15 minutes at 10:15pm. AND the fire alarm (false alarm) went off at around 4:30am - although they quieted it right away, the light kept flashing. Hopefully all these things were just a one time. But the lobby staff was friendly and there was security. Also many places to eat and shop nearby.

Where do I even begin upon arrival. There was people outside of the hotel smoking, playing and being loud. We booked for two queen bed non-smoking room. As soon as we entered the building where our room was located it smelled like smoke and cigarette. I was hopeful that the room wouldn’t smell but it also did smell like smoke and cigarette mind, should we have our seven-year-old daughter with us. Breakfast in the morning there’s a security guard greeting you at the door handing you paper plates. It’s giving very ghetto. I will never stay here again. The only good thing I would say about this place is that the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Never got a room. Hotel said the last time we stayed there there was fleas from our dogs. Hello fleas can be brought in by people. I have never saw any fleas on our dogs.

Mattress hung about 3 inches off edge of its base, unsupported, collapsed on edge and spouse felt like he was rolling/falling off bed. Had to hug center, which made it too cramped for 2 people. Terrible night. Then false fire alarm went off around 6:45a.Still on after 20+min and called desk, since they never notified anyone of false alarm and they reported working on it to try to turn it off. Spouse was angry, got out as fast as we could, even skipped their breakfast. Should have been reimbursed for that lousy night and then having to dress and pack up with deafening fire alarm on continuously. No offer made by Best Western.

Liked most everything, lots of plugs for our needed stuff. Very nice overall and was a decent price. Great breakfast! No handrail/facecloth rail-rack in tub/shower, but did have handrail to assist at toilet. No kleenex, and shower curtain too short, so leaked some onto bathroom floor. Overall tho, was great and staff great!

very good breakfast in the morning. the sound of the toilet cistern filling up often did not stop in the room. the water in the bathtub did not drain, but this malfunction was fixed an hour after the report. there was a burnt spot on the TV stand. I found this reported when entering the room. the view from the window was on the driveway to the neighboring building
