This hotel was dated, run down, and filthy. The shower was full of someone’s long hair and the toilet hadn’t been flushed. The sheets and pillows smelled like body odor. It was staffed entirely by people with tattoos on their faces. The parking lot had no security presence and was populated by homeless people screaming at each other all night. Trust me, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Hotel had a weird smell… when you shower it felt like we were in a pool of water because the drains wouldn’t drain the water… over all it was not a great experience and there was no breakfast included we had to pay for it

From Check-in to Time of Check-out: The service was consistently excellent throughout the entire duration. The initial impression: The check-in process was fast, friendly, and efficient. No long waits, no confusion just a smooth, welcoming start to my stay. The final impression: The check-out was equally hassle-free (no surprise charges or lengthy paperwork), leaving me with a great final memory, not a stressful one. Impeccable Standards: The room was pristine upon arrival and maintained that way daily fresh linens, a perfectly made bed, and a sparkling bathroom. Attention to Detail: They tidied up my personal items (within reason), replaced toiletries without you asking, and timed the cleaning perfectly so it didn't interrupt my day. No one wants to hear a vacuum at 5:00 AM if they're trying to sleep in! Top-Tier Amenities: There was a beautiful pool area, a well-equipped and clean fitness center, a comfortable lobby where you could actually relax, and always have fast Wi-Fi. Thoughtful Touches: There was complimentary coffee/tea stations, lovely landscaping, or high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. It's the little things, like finding a tiny chocolate on your pillow or having plenty of fluffy towels, that elevate a stay from good to great. In short: The staff was on their game, the room was spotless, and the property provided genuinely useful and great amenities.

The room was fine, but I didn't feel safe walking in the hallway at night to get food. The restaurant was good with nice options and full bar. Staff was friendly, just not a great area of the city for safety reasons. Otherwise it was fine.

Stay was great very nice place especially for kids has pool Jacuzzi pool tables outside ping-pong outside fire pits outside beautiful venue next to hockey stadium and minor-league baseball stadium. All staff was very polite and gracious and very nice. The people in the town are rude. Town is a crap hole but this hotel is beautiful.
