Staff was helpful, especially check in. We had been traveling by car and arrived early, asked for and was given early check-in, much appreciated. Property is very nice. Centrally located. Close to water. Bar and restaurant on property. I mentioned to the front desk about debris in the pool. Response was immediate, and the problem was resolved. I would and will return to this hotel.

Lupe gave the best customer service whilst was having some issues checking in. She gave me a room distal to noise since I’m working night shift and resting on days . Very attentive and accommodating re: my needs . The only downside was they tend to block the street going to the hotel parking lot if there’s some happenings in the arena (which is just infront of the hotel ) it’s inconvenient for someone coming out from work at night , thou i tried to tell them that im staying in the hotel , they still wont allow me to enter . But overall I had a wonderful stay and very convenient from work

Love the location. Room was decent. Bed was comfortable. I liked the fact that I could walk around the area and remember what it was like in that same location some 58 years ago. Stockton is just one of those cities that never really lived up to its fullest potential. Some nice areas and some not so nice areas. To bad that can’t revive the downtown with all of its rich history.Didnt see many homeless
