Property was very attractive, extremely comfortable and brilliantly located. Staff were wonderful. Only small negative were the facilities - the ones that were there were high quality and worked extremely well, but they were minimal (no microwave or toaster, and the internet was rationed). Otherwise, great place to stay.

With spectacular views over the harbour, this was a lovely place to spend a few days. Easy access to the waterfront, cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and communication was good. A very enjoyable stay.

Unfriendly very slow and inefficient receptionist. No toaster in room. Had to run the hot water tap for 10 minutes before hot water actually arrived. Stayed there for two nights but the room was not serviced during that time. A sign on the reception desk advertised a carvery buffet for AU$63 per person so needless to say we did not eat there.
