"Da wir uns mit dem Bewertungen der anderen Gäste vor der Buchung auseinandersetzten, wusste ich bereits vor Anreise das in diesem Hotel nicht alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit sein wird. Leider wurden wir jedoch noch mehr enttäuscht.
Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen und phi phi centrum ist nicht leicht zu erreichen. Das haben wir bewusst so entschieden und deshalb absolut kein Kritikpunkt von uns.
Das Resort ist sehr groß und weitläufig.
Wir buchten aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen sogar eine „bessere“ Zimmerkategorie. Dies ist jedoch so abgelegen dass man immer ein pick up braucht.
Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist dermaßen alt und abgenutzt. Die Fotos täuschen definitiv. Auch die Sauberkeit ist zu bemängeln. Flecke auf dem Bett, Handtücher, Bademantel, verdreckte Spiegel und Fenster, alles verrostet … insgesamt , vor allem vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, waren wir sehr enttäuscht und es ist das erste mal dass wir so eine schlechte Bewertung geben. "
