"Der står der er daglig rengøring. Vi fik det måske hveranden dag. Vi var en familie på 4 afsted, der er en lille dobbeltseng 150 cm, og en sofa. Så vores lille datter på 2 år, sov på gulvet på en hynde vi havde taget i receptionen, da de ikke vil tilbyde hjælp. Vi kom kl 23, og der var ingen opredning ..."
