Rooms & breakfast good, but a small fridge in room would have been useful in the absence of local restaurants. 17 Bus route to tram & city centre was convenient. As we checked out, about 10.00 on 29 November 2025, the female receptionist accused us of not paying for breakfasts. While I was searching through receipts (which I had requested) in my wallet, she looked on their computer and said it was o.k. we had paid. She should have looked before accusing us of theft. Will not be staying there again.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. However, it was surprising that paper cups were provided for hot drinks instead of pot cups. The bar area was fine.

The staff is wonderful. We knew that the hotel was outside of the city. There is food served at the hotel and a few places to go around there. The Super U food store I very convenient to buy some tings. The only complaint I have is with the heavy duvets and no top sheets on the beds. We sweat during the night even with the windows open allowing cool September air to enter.
